K, if 7 nations moved to a region then all 7 was kicked out would it be griefing?
You need to give more details.
1) Who kicked them out? The founder boot anyone anytime any number of people, that isn't greifing because it's the founders region.
2) How long where they there? You aren't really a native if you got kicked out right away
3) What did you do on entry? If you all endorsed each other it was entirely political, and just fine. It was more likely an act of defense, in fact.
If seven UN nations move into a small region around update time, it almost certainly wouldn't be greifing. If seven long time members got kicked out of a 10 person region by the delegate, it would almost certainly be greifing. Your case is probably somewhere inbetween, but you need to give a lot more details.
