A deliberate deception is called a lie, and that makes you a liar. Publishing a deliberately deceptive accusation is the definition of LIBEL. Others have started discussion of bringing legal action against you in a court of law in the United States. I recommend you CEASE AND DESIST from speaking altogether since you are no longer capable of speaking in a civilized manner. Apparently you have deceived yourself to such an extent that you are believing your own lies. I personally do not understand how anyone would marry you. I've done nothing wrong to The twoslit experiment. I merely telegrammed nations endorsing him, and told them about his recent political ejections of two North Pacific nations.

I'm just playing the game. He's trying to make it personal....

You have made it personal in two other regions before this. Suddenly everyone in the region, including myself and all of the people who don't like you have received the same telegram asking that WE remove our endorsements from me. How can I remove my endorsement from myself? Is this a script, or a silly person?

You have created a reputation for yourself. Everyone is becoming aware that you are unaware of LIBEL LAW.

the phrase, "merely because they challenged him for the delegates seat" (sic) is inaccurate, misleading, therefore deceptive, and therefore LIBEL.

The discussion shows that they were ejected for deception and untrustworthiness, as Francos Spain should have been.

No one in this game has practiced LIBEL to such an extent as You, Savage Lands. You were deleted for flaming once before. You have been warned by the mods for spamming.

People have tried to explain to you the consequences of LIBEL, yet you persist.

It would please me greatly if you become the first player IP BANNED for LIBEL and perhaps several other reasons.

I'm not trying to be insulting, but for all the excuses you make up, you ejected those two nations because they had a lot of endorsements and were challenging you for the North Pacific delegacy. Therefore, my reporting of your actions to North Pacific nations does not constitute libel.

If I got IP banned for libel, there would have to be around 100 anti-Francos Spain nations IP banned as well.

I have a dictionary. I recommend you find one also. You seem to have difficulty with English. When you publish deceptive, defamatory remarks against someone (and The twoslit experiment is a name owned by me that refers to me), then you are guilty of a criminal offence and subject to prosecution.

I spoke very deliberately to express my lack of understanding and my concern about the reliability of anything you might say.

My lack of understanding cannot be taken as any reflection on you; therefore, I recommend again that you find a dictionary and this time look up "insult."

It behooves you to realize that when you begin practicing deceit, then everything you say will no longer be reliable.

IN CONCLUSION, I recommend that you

CEASE AND DESIST

until you have carefully considered the legaility of what you may say, and somehow learn how not to incriminate yourself.

Yes, Sirocco told me my actions were legal, so I don't think the term "spamming" applies to what I did.

It doesn't seem quite fair to have one moderator rule that my actions were ok, then to have another moderator come along, overturn it, and then delete all my nations.

I did not telegram the entire region. I sent The Twoslit experiments endorsers one telegram each. I must have sent a telegam to The twoslit experiment on accident, as it was late at night when I did it and I was getting rather hazy.

I didn't use a script, either. I honestly don't even know what a script really is.

I just find it odd that scores of people mass telegram Francos Spains endorsers and no one has EVER recieved any type of warning for it, yet most of my nations get deleted if I do it to a fairly popular NationStates player.

You should really read the entire thread before you post, Dettibok. It helps to really have a grasp on the entire situation before you post, that way your posts are more constructive.

detti has a great sense of morality. it makes him grumpy to see people committing acts in his home. so he would like to see you removed from the game for what you have done. *shrugs*
