Umm Bas, I think that he's saying that somebody's claimed that they are going to hack the site.

I hope the mods are also aware that TortureandPain is sending telegrams to Sadistic Empire members telling them that their founder is a liar, as well as posting supposed "threats" from random regions on quickboards. As far as I know, no Sadistic Empire member has made any threat towards the site or its members.
