How do we apply for a Nation Name Change????

I Joined the NationStates back in December along with several friends & Family members......After several weeks...most of my friends gave up on NS and gave me their Nations.....I wannna know how i change some of the stupid names they came up with....To something that won't potentially get them deleted......Is their any way you can add the Option of Changing names in the settings area of said nation???????

Actually, I think that if the mods had some very compelling reason to, they could...but based upon the normal guidelines, no.
