actually Muttley wasnt his nation and yes i can work out who you are talking about.
Muttley attends a uni in the same place that the banned one attends. so you gonna delete everyone from that city?
the other nation that was deleted was his and as far as i know his last one on here, last time i spoke to him he'd given up on NS and he meant it.

Well obviously i dont have acess to IP's and so forth. But i can tell you that Muttley was 100% not who you think. Have spoken to the person in question and their last nation was Ranc, which was his original nation after that went he couldnt be bothered (and i'm sure you can imagine that i have edited that to suit reader age suitability). and while he would lie to anyone on here, he would not lie to me.
therefore i may suggest that you look into again cause you have just killed off some innocent nation.
