Long story short, I banned someone from my region. Now he sends telegrams to every new person that joins calling me a dictator. He sends telegrams to me threatening me for calling him a socialist (I have to explain to every new person why I banned him, both on telegrams and the regional board). On his region's board, they're calling me a crackpot. I filed a complaint thingey, no response. I'll just guess that mods are slow, and that this is enough to qualify as harassment, yes?

Him: Economic Elixir

(Go there and verify that they're calling me a crackpot o.O)

It depends on what he is saying in the emails and how many he has sent out. I really don't see why you banned him. Was it because his government wasn't the type you wanted in your region? Anyway, all in all, Critical t appears to be against declaring war on you and has moved on to discuss other things on his region's board.

I banned him because he chose poorly in his votes on UN resolutions. I don't think that's relevant, though, since banning is legal and left to the founder's discretion; whereas griefing or flaming and harassment is not.
