Hi,
I created this puppet "Neut" (I really was surprised the name wasn't taken already). I made clear that I am not the mod, I stated it in the motto, as well in the flag, so no mistakes can be made. I'm no hell-raiser, so don't worry, I won't spam or anything.. I just asking the mods first, to make sure if the nation is OK. So, is it?
