Maybe you'd want to elaborate a bit on what rule violations you think have occured here, and make sure to file a detailed mod report using the Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help) page.

It does seem a bit unfair. But thats what you risk allowing UN delegate to take control. If you just want a private region for you and your mates, do like we've done and password it.

On Januari 3rd, SomethingAwful had 10 members. Three weeks prior, 9. Three weeks before that, 9 as well. Now it has 53, and the region a bunch of people left to (Goon Town) has 66.
Weird.

I may be missing something here, but it seems bad advice + not really investigating is = bad advice.
Again, I could be wrong.
However, if I understand it correctly and many Natives of an invasion were bannned, this is illegal. Natives can not be banned by invaders.
However, if it was another native who took control, the native can ban SOME other natives (but not all).
So the first two issue that need to come out are A) was this an invasion and B) were native nations actually banned, and are they currently on the ban list?

actually, I saw the region last night, when the attack aparently from what I now know, began, (I know this because a puppet of mine was banned there and they notified me that it was unbanned)
as for the flaming charges, why not point out the flaming that was going on by the natives at the start?
personally , I believe this may go deeper than a simple invasion.
