It looks like he got upset when they weren't made delegate of a specific region so he decided to start a war with the delegate of that region. Definately a flamer! I was about to post this as well after reading that particular topic but I saw your post saying that you already reported it. I am suprised that Basal Thrulls didn't report it, himself.
