I'll wager a politician to the world that it was goatze or tubgirl.
One thing that I have learned is never to look at these threads. I was vaccinated with a partial description of tubgirl. I filled in the blanks and threw up, but I now know better than to look, and have never looked at the real thing (well I once saw goatze, but I closed the window quickly)
If you want to know what tubgirl is (though I don't recommend it to anyone, especially if you are under 16.. wait.. i'm under 16!!!1) you can search for it on google image search.

Okay well i've got a strong stomach so I decided to look up tubgirl....
Interesting digital editing. Even with my complacent nature and strong stomach when it comes to pictures (real thing is different) *I* almost got sick after looking at it too long.
So yeah, unless you're the curious type who will always look at something when someone says 'don't', I reccomend you not look for tubgirl.
