I heard that the mods or an administrator can resurrect a nation which has died of natural causes. I am interested in seeing if this can be done. Could someone please tell me if this is true or not and if it is, how does one do so.

Yes indeed you can!
Submit a report to the Getting Help page (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help) with the nation you want resurrected, and the mods will do it for you!

Umm...resurrections happen all the time. The only way a nation won't be revived is if it was a mod killing.
