I don't know if there is anything that can be done, but in two attempts to get a region recreated, they were both stolen. By who, we don't know.

A few minutes ago Pacific Army and a couple days ago The Free Pacific Army were both recreated seconds before we could do that for ourselves. This is very annoying.

Pacific Army was stolen by The Democratic Republic of Rynjrrn and The Free Pacific Army was stolen by The Republic of Crazygirl 4 (this is not one of Crazy Girl's puppets). Pacific Army is now passworded.

Legal, Perfectly,

the instant a region is emptied for any reason short of a forced Ejection by a griefer, it is open and free for the taking, anyone who refounds is it the new Legal owner, I hate to see it happen to you guys but whoever got it is within their rights.
