I cant post this in getting help.
I cant Telegram this to Glorius hack. Why? I dont know...software tech prob?! (I am not the only one with those probs)

Concerning my case of ejection from UN
(sorry for my english, I speak dutch)

Central Asia,
Thursday 02/01 at +- 1100 Gmt+1,
There were two natives at the region "Central Asia". "Rafta" and "Comunz". (natives)

"Karnemelk" and "black and blue army" (both UN) came from region "Oostende" and before that from region "Le Congo" (at the same day). The nation of "Jewelste"...puppet came in later.

"Oostende" and "Le Congo" are both regions that are founded by one of my puppets...(I just Passworded them , so the info is still on the regional happenings) "Karnemelk" and "Black and Blue army" know that I am the founder of those 2 regions.
They know that, because they can read that info at the invisionboard of Belgium.

Those two nations ("karnemelk" & "black & blue army") are not really friends of mine...they try to invade regions like Ugentopia.. and they didnt like that I stopped this invasion with my friends of the GLA.

I noticed (thursday08, after Oostende and Le congo) that they were going for "central asia"..."karnemelk" endersod "Black and Blue army"...but they were to late, the update was allready gone.
I decided to go in next update with "Linkervoorpoot" ( friday 09) and we got control of "Central Asia".

I ejected "Karnemelk", "Black and Blue army" and "Jewelste"...members coming from the region "Bokrijk". Passworded the region Central asia (PW is "Centralia.") (with a point and great C ) and Posted the PW to the natives "Rafta" and "Comunz", natives of the region Central asia.

So now is my Question...Why did I got a ejection From UN!? Are Karnemelk, Black and Blue army and Jewelste natives? I dont think so.

So, what did I do wrong!?

This looks, prima facie, like a case of a malicious complaint by the invaders (not the first time that has happened, sadly) driven by sour grapes. I urge the moderators to review this issue at their earliest convenience.

I too, see no apparant reason for ejection, as detailed in the above post. I would like to know the grounds for the ejection, as I am becoming familiar to this aspect of the game and would like to know as much as possible in order to be effective!

Well... you telegramed my puppet in the region, and one of your supporters teleported me.

Anyway. I believe I have resolved the situation.

On Januari 3, in order to collect data for Tactical Grace's list of regions, I pulled the entire region list off the server. This contains the sizes for all regions (the data needed). On that day, Central Asia had a total of two members. Considering the idle times of the two oldest residing nations in that region, these two nations must be the two nations Ostendt mentions.

So, a few days before this mess started, only those two nations were residing in Central Asia.


For the record, there was a discussion on the Central Asia board between some nations from regions Bokrijk and Belgium. Part of the following Mod Ruling in this case seems to refer to that discussion in which some erronous statements were made about game rules.

Okay, here's the score.

I cannot verify the actions or intentions of Black and Blue Army and/or Karnemelk. However, I can verify that the password was indeed sent to the two inhabitants of this region. In light of this, I'm going to remove Ostendt's UN ban.

However, some clarification is in order here. This is important, so please pay attention.

If you are a Delegate, and you apply a password to the region, you must IMMEDIATELY telegram ALL natives of the new password. Regardless of how long they have been inactive, the telegrams must be sent.

I can understand thinking this isn't important, especially since it seems both nations were created, moved here, and never touched again. However, the fact remains that they do need to have the password sent to them.

Hopefully this clears things up.
