Go to his nation page. It gives you a nice porno popup. He's done a little tampering with the code, it seems.

Agreed he has been spamming several threads.
I usally don't like going to the Mods with problems but in this case it seems necessary.
I tried and didn't get a pop-up. His SPAM IMO warrants a warning but not a ban quite yet.
