I haven't seen many posts by this guy that are more than a line (many are emoticons) and many seem designed to do nothing but add to his post count.

:shock: I've never seen so many links in my life! OK, maybe I have, but still. The Fedral Union is crazy, and he doesnt know how to spell. Disastor to his is spelled "Desastor". On my thread for help, he just said something like "isnt this a desastor".

I think he's just a new nation (with little command of the English language: see his region (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=display_region/region=the_terran_allince)).

He was in the USSR for a week and and he seems eager to learn what to do (although he has problems with God Moding).

He seems to just jump to conclusions, and in an effort to get his word in as quickly as possible, does not look his posts over for obvious mistakes.
