I thought I lost email for this and when i asked for a new one AOL put it on my spam folder (on a side note AOL SUCKS) Well anyways this was 2 days ago and I got a worried so i may have clicked for my other nation to be in the UN. What can I do to retract my application to the UN

You can apply for the UN however many times you want.

It's only if you click the link actually in the email (which it sounds like you didn't) that you'll be ejected for multiing. It sounds like you're fine.

you shouldnt have to worry. As long as you only confirm one nation's application through the email (not both), you shouldnt have any problems.
