Spamming in Regions

I think this guy Dalmasca is spamming. Hes gone to all kinds of regions posting a message to go click on his stupid kings of chaos link. (I dont know much about spamming outside of the forums so i figured might as well see if this qualifies....)

Yeah, the guy is spamming one of those stupid games that you get people to click on in order to build your army.
This is spam, however because it's in-game, it should be reported through the Getting Help Page (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help).

Be sure to copy and paste the spam into your report. The Mods can't do anything about they can't see.

Scolo warned that nation (I assume it is the same one) yesterday. If he's doing it again, I think it may be GORT time.
