User refusing to take losses in International Incidents.
The user is 'The Fedral Union'. He very recently had a major war with a user called Seversky and lost. Now he says that that 'round' is over and his units are back, in the "Declaration of war with Hargen" thread. Even after repeated attempts to tell him of his mistakes and point him to the sticky threads he refuses to listen and keep calling it "Harrasment". Can a mod please alert him of this or something? It's getting on everyone's nerves.

Yeah, the moderators don't mod RPs.
I - and almost everyone who said the same things I've said COUNTLESS times to you - know how to RP on these boards better than you. When something is destroyed in an RP, it's gone for that RP and all others.

Actually, we do pop over to II every now and then to make sure everybody is sticking to proper RP ettiquette. Not as often as we should, but it does say right there on the label: RP ettiquette is enforced.
If you have a problem, whether it's in II or any other forum section, please link all the relevant threads in your post to this forum complaining about it.
Myrth - the post above you - by a moderator - says that RP rules are enfored.

It doesn't actually say that losses must be carried over between RPs incidently, although clearly this is a very big deal or the II players.
