I am unsure of where this thread really belongs but this seems like the right place. Previously, as in something like an hour ago, I had two nations on this game and in compliance with the rules only one was a UN member.

I had only just this morning sorted out an issue and posted on the general forum twice (admitedly this was my first sign of any activity on the forums) so my nation was recently active.

So far as I can work out I have not overstepped the boundries on any of the rules, infact my stance was the opposite, I had not even considered testing the boundries of any rules. Yet a moment ago I attempted to login to my nation and found it had been deleted, my nation was New Rectalopolis. Am I in the wrong or have I overlooked something? Otherwise I demand an explanation for the deletion of my nation.

I believe you should post this in Moderation. As it would have been a moderator's decision to delete your nation, that is the best place to raise your concerns.

However, it is likely that your nation was deleted due to the scatalogical nature of its name. Certain body parts and bodily functions are considered inappropriate for use as nation names -- generally the ones that you wouldn't discuss in polite conversation unless you were a physician.

Ok thanks, seen as your the second person to say something along these lines (got something in one of the other two topics, damned multiposting), I'll just accept that that's probably it. Although I can't see why a nation called Rectalopolis is deleted when a nation called Assington is not.

Ah well, no point in going through the trouble of getting it back when I have a nation thats almost as big still going. (Nothing wrong with naming a nation after a band is there? :) ) Thanks again.

Hmm... Maybe the name, since your deleted nation's name contains a word for a body part that can be considered "inappropriate", as said. That earns you a deletion.

If it is the name however, and you created it without knowing the word, well... bad luck, sorry. Or oyu could wait for a mod.

I can only imagine someone took offense to the name, although I never found it offensive. New Rectolopolis was in the Gamecock Central region, of which I am the UN Delegate. I can attest to the fact that this nation never once created a problem in our region. I certainly can't imagine that he/she did anywhere else either. New Rectalopolis was a model citizen and I for one would like to see it brought back from the dead. If there is anyone that I can appeal to in this matter, let me know and I will be most happy to do so.

Assington as a nation still exists because it's named after a real world town ans so cannot be considered an offensive name here.
