Is it acceptable for the Pacifics and Rejected Realms to advertise in each other? I understand that other regions may advertise in them, but (besides the usual problem of being taken seriously) would there be any objections to such regions putting out their own ad campaigns?

As long as there isn't already a regional ad in the target region, regional ads should be fine. Just remember not to advertise in the same place too frequently.

Actually soemone advertised in one of my puppets regions, so that puppet went to the region and placed an ad, there have been no follow up ads.

yeah, i used that little trick months ago, in the pacific, every time someone advertised in the pacific, i went to their region, and advertised the pacific in there, ;)
some got angry for it, but most could see the joke, and liked it ;)
