Region Restoring
I was in a region but the founder died and we are afraid of region crashers have successfully defend 3 different groups from taking over is there any way to make a new founder for this region or to restart this region in any way to protect ourselves

Since your region only has 8 nations the easy way would be creat a new region, move evryone there then let the old one die in the next update.
The Mods aren't in founder appointing biz any more except under extraordinary circumstances.
Premade "Make Me Founder" response:
The mods no longer accept requests to be made founder of a region on the basis that you have had plenty of time to ask since they first said they'd do this.
If you still want to be a founder, then fo this:
1) Become delegate of the region
2) Politely ask (DO NOT EJECT) the nations of the region to leave. Once again: DO NOT EJECT ANYONE!
3) Password the region and leave it.
4) Refound it at the next update, when the region is deleted.
Please note: if someone else re-founds the region first, then there is nothing you can do about it (founding a region is a perfectly legal act) so make sure you are prepared to found it right after the update.
Hope this response helped ;)

3) Although I'm not sure, I think you are allowed to eject a few nations if there are stragglers (but definetly get an official mod OK before doing this).
The most recent ruling that I've seen was about a half week ago, and it had still upheld the Spoffin vs Sycamore ruling that if you are going to be recreating it, you must not evict even a single nation.
Have you seen one more recent than that?
Nope, I just wasn't sure if it was ok since delegates are allowed to kick out a few nations usually. And I couldn't specifically remember a mod saying it wasn't ok.
Changed accordingly.

Actually, it depends. Ejecting 2-3 nations out of a region of 10-12 is a little much - that usually means they're not all in agreement of who should be the founder, not always, but it's a good indicator. By extrapolation, we could also say that kicking 10 nations out of a region of 50 is a little much, however, 10 nations out of a region the size of Europe is hardly a drop in the bucket when it comes to such a thing as this.
It also depends on how many of those nations are a single player's. If it is public knowledge that I have 10 nations in a region of 50, and I'm the only dissenting player, ejecting my 10 nations is really more like ejecting 1 (unless of course, those other 40 nations are split among 3-4 players). Get the idea?

There could also be nations who have been inactive for weeks. I believe it maybe okay to eject these nations, although it would be nice to telegram them what's happening incase they ever log on again.
