I refer you to this thread (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=105165).

We're waiting to see if he decides to change his motto to something non-offensive on his own. If he doesn't change it, we're deleting him for being a repeat offender.

Just a reminder to everyone: If a NationStates Moderator tells you that your national motto, currency, title, or animal is offensive and changes it, then do not change it back. If you disagree with the ruling, or you're confused, then you can post a topic here in "Moderation" to ask about it. However, do not change your motto (or whatever) back to the original form unless the original ruling against it is explicitly overturned.

The ruling against Americans Only was not overturned.

Cog, in the other thread you wrote, in part A complaint was submitted to the Getting Help page that your motto was offensive. After looking at your country, I agreed with that opinion and changed it.
I may have got confused (caffeen shortage maybe) in the last line, did you change your opinion or his motto?

I... agreed with the opinion... and... changed the motto.

Sorry for the confusion.

The Getting Help Page (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help)

We'll take a look at it. Please be sure to spell the names correctly; we can't take action on a badly-spelled name.
