My puppet nation, Devoted Snails, recently received a very offensive telegram. I have no recollection of ever even talking to the culprit, Fried Chesse. I would be very greatful if something could be done about him/her.
Keep it in your TM box is the standard procedure. Block the offending nation as well is my suggestion.
