Help! My NS isn't refreshing.

I came back from a hiatus and checked "My Posts". When I tried to reply to them, they didn't bump to the top. I checked the Forums. Still the same. I logged out, came back. Still no change. It's like NS froze on me, and nothing will update in the forums. Why?

Now it's better. No reason, either. I logged out and in 3 times. This last time, it updated. WTF?

Okay, it's dead again. If I log on as a puppet, I see it as my main nation's flag/issues/region. I can't update. If I send links, they log in as ME when they click them. Auto-login is OFF.

It's your browser close all windows, for it and manually dump the cache, log out of the browser, and relog onto it, worse case scenario you may have to reboot your machine.
I had a similar problem recently, in that it constantly logged me into a puppet (or not at all, after a while). The solution seems to be pretty much as Loop suggests - clear your cache and your temporary internet files and all of that sort of stuff, take two and call us in the morning.
