This is why we should have everyone provide an e-mail address, and when they misbehave, you ban the e-mail address. No one is going to go to the trouble of changing their e-mail address more then once, just to post obscene pics.

I highly doubt the count and the others listed above are the by the same person, Child Molesters R us was taken out for name, national animal, currency. the Count is a serial offender and always offends in the same manner, comments and pics. The others do it in different but still offensive manners.
