I think he's *trying* to say we should fight wars without nukes. Just isn't worded to well.

Then I feel that he should phrase it etter, and put it in the right forum himself. The mistakes that he is making to not seem to be thoses made by somebody who is just learning English (when they post something I can still make out what they are saying), but rather somebody who uses AOL, so I don't have much symapthy for him.
