The game admin are named on this page "http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=102087" or the sticky called "All about Mods, plus how to become one. Basically they answer e-mails and they can i.p ban and add new forums and change the game completely.

Well, [violet] is the game admin, basically the one that keeps the game itself running for Max.
Myself, I'm basically around to handle forum stuff above what the forum mods do- IP banning spammers or specific usernames... that sort of thing.
