i reported this to the Getting help page, and have not deleted it. could someone do something about this?

Sorry, but you just have to wait till the game mods getting round to sorting it out. :P
Just make sure you keep the telegram.

Just to let you know, you might have to wait a few days for it to be dealt with. The mods obviously have a lot of work and so please be patient.
