About the moderator question. You just ruined your chances by asking.
1. Your flag has a swastika on it which is forbidden on this site and will be removed shortly. Everything else is fine though.

Sirocco is correct. If you need a Nazi symbol to work with, then find something other than a swastika.
You recently got a telegram from "NationStates Moderators" telling you to change your flag; that was from me. I was not aware (until now) that you had posted this topic, so I had added a warning tag to your nation. Since you brought yourself to our attention, here, to ask "Is this legal", I've decided to remove that warning tag.
In the future, though, please post flag ideas in this forum before using it for your nation; this should avoid such confusion in the future. Thank you.
