Space bars have been replaced with _'s. The region _Nazi Europe has been renamed after such changes. My other nation was there at that time.

Hack is confused. He confuses the "_" with the " " (space) character.
The use of "_" has never been disabled.

Spaces became _ all of a sudden.

No only spaces were, but vsomebody recreated " ", so it is rather confusing.

The underscore "_" is still in use, as Corinthe has claimed. Is there any plans to have it removed? Especially in the case of that region that is only Underscores with no letters or spaces.

I've noticed, when looking at the list of regions, listed alphabetically, that quite often there is a region that is listed prior to "000" What region is that? How do you see what countries are there?

It's a bug. When a nation finds itself outside any and all regions, its region is listed as being "0". Since this region does not exist, there's no name attached to it, nor a link to it.

More regions that start/end with an underscore:

And while I'm at it, all the other regions that contain an underscore in the name (not the ID, which has underscores instead of spaces by design).

As I understand it, the underscore in the name is treated as a space, but it cannot be located at the beginning or the end of the region name. At least not new regions.
