Why was this thread moved?

I was just wondering why this thread (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=100649&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0) was moved from NS to general. No-one left an explanation as to why. I would be grateful if a mod could explain this decision. Thankyou.

I didn't move it, but it would seem to me to be quite clear. That was neither an OOC discussion of matters directly related to NS (and NS-RP), nor be an RP in the NS universe, and thus, clearly general fodder.

No.
I'm sorry, but one forum invading another? Come now. NS is the place for nation simulations, not forum invasion simulations. That doesn't make much sense in a nation based world if you think about it. It's hard to explain, so tell me if I confused you and I'll explain better.

Well, think of it as one region invading another. Surely that's allowed?!
Then that would be one region declaring war against the world. I suppose if you made one region, and all moved into it, then declared war as a region you -may- not be ignored. You'll be laughed at, but may have a chance of an RP.

So if we made it more coordinated, it would be allowed to stay in NS? if we made it more of a proper RP.

As we only moved it, then you may maintain the "RP." But I don't see you doing that... meaning that it WAS spam.
