Sorry to bother you mod’s but is it possible for you to change my two nations around so that my first nation can be the founder of my region in steed of the younger one?
Stromglave is the one in the founder place now
I would like to have Gettersburg in the place insted

Why not just found a new area with a name just a bit different? That would be MUCH simpler, I should imagine.
If you empty the region by moving all your nations out (and kicking out that other nation if they aren't also a puppet) and password protect it so no one can come in, it will die at ~6am EST tommorrow morning and you can refound it as whatever nation you want.

That isn't any clearer, HCE. :P
What HC Eredivisie means to say is that we mods do not appoint new Founders for regions unless we consider a particular case to be exceptional. Your case is not exceptional.
You should evacuate the region "New Destryer" and refound the region using "Gettersburg".
