There is a nation that, we feel, needs to be IP banned from the game.
The nation's name is: The Free Land of Divine-Interventions
The reason for the possible ban is: The nation has posted a website, as his nations motto, that sells sexual devices which are shaped as religous figures. This is very offensive to all members of our region, and we hope it is offensive to many others as well.
The sites name is: "www.divine-interventions.com"
Does this warrant an IP ban? Please help soon.
I have already banned his nation from our region.

So he's not actually doing anything, he just based his nation around that website? I don't think that warrants even deletion of a single nation, much less an IP ban. He already can't enter your region, what more can he do? If you don't like it, don't look at it.

I don't the mods or [violet] want stuff like that anywhere on the site.
I don't think that it is a IP bannable offence, unless the site contains *ahem* graphic descriptions or pictures *ahem* if it does, then it would be considered p0rn and that would be a banneable offence, my adivce to you is to not post on the message board, and to kick the nation from your region.
EDIT: Okay I am NOT A MOD understand this, I am just a very pissed off Christian. It has a 18 Year Old warning on the front, but it seems to give the veiwer a very good idea of what certain pieces of Male Anatomy look like, not to mention that it is disgusting and highly offencive from a Christian POV

im not saying it's rite but did he send it to to you or force you to view it?He did neither. He simply posted what was considered to be an offensive website address. This is a violation of the game rules.
