you shouldn't call someone a spammer on the forums but he is only got a 5 mill population limit so you might be right but even so you shouldn't call someone a spammer on the forums

Do you have some proof Celeborne?
Maybe a link.

An egosearch on the nation in question was good enough proof - that and the actual text of his posts. Additionally, "Founded Dec 2 2003: Posts = 30" is always a worry.

If the reasons for doing so are that clear-cut, it would save us a lot of time if they were reported as a spammer and not a brand-new nation making lots of pointless posts. That way, we can prioritise.

When you UN multi, that's a hidden thing (though you can make yourself look suspicious by using variants of the same name) and only a Game Moderator has the tools to prove that you're a UN multi. So, it's possible for a player to accuse someone of being a UN multi... and be wrong in making that accusation.

But, when you spam...

/me spreads his arms wide.

...eeeeverybody can see you spam! No additional proof required! :D
