My old nation Ancientara died because of inactivity. too busy during school and forgot to put IT on vacation mode.
The email address, as proof, well you can ask me via telegram.

Send the nation name to the mods via the Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help) page and they will resurrect it, provided that it was deleted for inactivity and not a rule violation.
The best category for this particular request is probably "Other: Response to Moderator".
