Would I be allowed to eject everyone out of Pacific Army?

25-11-2003, 17:42
I'm just wondering since I was the original founder of Pacific Army; if I ejected everyone out of it, would I get deleted by the MOD's? I wouldn't do it all at once, just maybe 10 nations a day. I also plan on telegramming them and telling them the situation, and to move to the new region I created. So would I get in trouble?

Well can't you just eject thosewho have been inactive for a long time?
If you just eject say, 5 a day, then nobody can accuse you of griefing.
For the active ones, you can just leave a message in the world factbook entry.

I'm not a mod but I think ejecting even 10 people a day is a bit to much.

If you are the Founder of a region, and use only your Founder nation to clear out a region, then that is legal. Using Delegate powers to do so is not legal.

Yeah, that's the thing, my founder nation got deleted. But since I am the founder (the MOD's can easily check my IP to verify) would it really matter?

I think the rule is kinda set in stone.

It's a black&white thing. Founder can and Delegate can't. It makes it easier to differ between the good and the bad guys 8)

Well that's why I posted this question. It doesn't make much sense to me though, since I AM the founder. But I'm still gonna wait a couple of days at least before I eject anybody. There's still plenty of active nations in there that just haven't woke up today....

Well, Savage Lands Reloaded isn't the founder, and that's what counts. The game doesn't care who's behind the computer :P

Yes but you were stripped of your Foundership because you broke the rules, so for the same reason as you were denied foundership, you'll probably be denied this.

I still dispute that one  but ok, still, I would like to hear a game MOD's take on this....

This was already discussed and was responded to by Hack and myself in that first discussion.

Here's the same answer we gave before:
"No."

Should you continue to push this issue, any and all threads regarding this request will be ignored (with the exception of warnings being issued).

Thanks Neut, but the last thread I made was asking if I could get the foundership back, this is a different question, but I won't make any more threads regarding Pacific Army. I was just wondering what's legal, what's not, oh, this is Savage Lands Reloaded, BTW.....

Reread your first thread. Pay attention to the part where we mention that you are not the founder and thus are unable to boot everyone from your region.
