Foundership of Pacific Army
I'm the founder of Pacific Army, and my nation recently got deleted. Is there any way the foundership can be transfered over to this nation? Thanks a lot.....

You'll have to have the delegate boot everyone out so the region ceases to exist and you can refound it.

The above suggestion by EternalSoulofGrantland is an illegal one, and you would be unwise to follow it.
Eh, you know I wouldn't do that. :P And I also happen to be the delegate of Pacific Army. It just seems like it would be easier for the MOD's to give my puppet nation the foundership than have all 153 nations leave and recreate it....

Actually, when the region of GREAT Britain wanted one of their nations as founder but couldn't get one appointed, the mods told them to do exactly what I wrote, and that's how they got their founder.

Not exactly. The Del can ASK all nations to move to a temporary region and wait for it to delete, but he/she can't boot everyone.

Nah. It's far easier for me to tell you do recreate the region than it is for me to change Founders. One requires logging in to the Mod Centre. The other requires... um... nothing.
Heh, :P Well I meant it's easier for ME. C'mon Hack, I'll be your best friend..... Seriously though, I know it might trouble you a tad, but I would be extremely greatful.

Generally, Founderships are not transferable. This doesn't mean you can't request an exception be made due to 'special circumstances' (which in this case would be... region size... anything else?). I know that in the case of Europe the mods are at least discussing it. Important difference though is that their Founder died of inactivity. So, my personal viewpoint here is that if they were to say 'no' to Europe, I think you have a snowball's chance in hell on this. But I wish you good luck anyway.

No offence, but I think we need to see this situation without subjective perspective.
You were deleted for flmaining someone, right? I know you are well liked in the game, or whatever, but that shouldn't change anything. You were deleted for flaming another nation, I can't see why the mods should transfer Foundership to you because of your breaking the rules. Again, I have nothing against you, but this is what I would say to anyone deleted for this reason.
As an aside, not sure why the mods would be considering transfering any founderships, as it is only going to encourage this type of question to coninue to pop up.
Just my opinion, tho.
Its my understading that the MODS no longer appoint founders at all. I think this is a fair policy. It'll relieve the MODS of a lot of useless drama caused by flamers and griefers.

They do if it is a region that was created before they introduced foundership, or so I believe.

The official verdict is that founders will only be appointed in 'exceptional circumstances.'
It appears to be solely up to the game mods as to what 'exceptional' entails.
Blantly:
Not going to happen, espescially since your nation was deleted for a rule violation. My adivce. Make a new region, pick a name, found it, and tell everyone to move to it. If you then wish for the old name back, re-found it on your puppet nation and move in again. Thats just lot more work if you ask me.. I would stick with my first suggestion.
And thinking ahead, if you respond to my previous message with "well some of the nations aren't active enough or don't read the HQ message board", then you a>Telegram them or b> You don't need them because they aren't active anyway.
Well I've just founded the Free Pacific Army, so this thread can be locked now....

Ackbar is correct in this matter.
Europe is a somewhat special situation, whereas this particular request is due to the deletion of a nation for rule violations.
Foundership is non-transferrable unless due to extreme circumstances. Nor are any new founders being appointed unless due to extreme circumstances.
Locked.
