I could see deleting him for having an inappropriate name, but not banning, unless he's a repeat offender (and only the mods can determine that).
take a look at what he is doing, then you'll see why we are calling for a banning.
An egosearch of him will turn up prime examples.
Get rid of the guy. Please.

I'm just going to recommend to a Game Mod that he be deleted with all forum posts purged.
