Can the moderators abolish the password of Caribbean?
Months ago my other nation (Sozy) was kicked out of Caribbean when Wintermute came into power, maybe he did so afther I mad his allies friend (heywouldyablowme, offensive nation) "disappear" by asking the mods to help. I was not the only one, he kicked out everyone who was an UN member and did not support him (in RP, or giving endorsements). However he gave refuge to nations like Woollard who was a leader of a group of region crashers and was deleted some time ago because he had 9548075493 billion nations in the UN. 7 Days ago luckily his other nation Woollard03 died (either because of deletion or inactivity). Wintermute has made the size of Caribbean shrink from 75 to 13 and is still refusing to let anyone in, besides his friends. Region-Crashers and pirates.

Not really I by no means want to kick him out of the region nor his friends I just want that Wintermute is punished for breaking the law. Plus I want a (non-UN) nation in Caribbean because the Caribbean is my home. I feel like an exile.

what law is he breaking, he is a natinve there, he can pw the region till the cows come home, and you are an outsider trying to get in, personally I would say you are an invader based on rumors I have hear about the region you are in, and if you say many months ago you left, whether by force or choice, you should have said something then if it was the first reason, youare no No Longer a native there, as you have been gone more than a month, Heck, I founded my home region (with a puppet) but if I were to go there and if the delegate booted me technically he woudl be legal in doing so, as Im not a native there, I am a resident of the EP.
So before this turns nasty, jsut give it up, youare not going to get teh mods to cheat in your favor.

If Lesser Sozy is a native to the region (as is implied by the fact that Lesser Sozy is a member of the password protected region), then s/he has the right to know what the password to the region is. This point has been clarified several times before -- if a region is successfully invaded, the new delegate must release password information to the natives of the region, so that they can come and go as they please.

But this doesnt necessarily constitute an invasion. It sounds more like an internal coup wherein Lesser-Sozy was legally kicked, along with other political adversaries. Not illegal.
However, if Wintermute is not a native, that would indeed affect the situation. Reporting this 2 months after the incident leads me to believe that Sozy is simply attempting to take a region that s/he has no claim to.

Espario moved to an region where Sozy was in charge months ago and then it started the Polynesian Empire then I sold it because I found the nation to become quite boring.
It is illegal to password a region you are invading without telegramming all of the memebers the password first. I know that first hand..

You as a player can have a different native region then you as a nation. Espario may have begun in the region of The Carribean, I don't know, but Lesser-Sozy did not begin in The Carribean. If you have a nation which was a native in an older nation, you can not simply move it to a region you had a puppet and have the other nations be declared a native. No offence, I don't if this is the case or not, just guessing off of your posts.
