Actually, I understood well enough to be able to respond with this:
Sir, at this time no founder claims (besides extraordinary cases, the founder's death not being among those considered extraordinary) are being reviewed by the Moderation staff. You are welcome to invade the region, remaining within the rules set forth for doing so. That the nation you claim was founder and then died from inactivity causes myself to feel no sympathy for your plight. In short, if the foundership of this region was as important as you claim it to be, the original founder would not have died from inactivity.
