Can I Request Archiving? If so, Will I Get It?

I have created reference threads for my nation and and its tech tree. Now, once finished, I probably won't post on them anymore, but they are quite long and important (the history took me 2 hours to type correctly). When the time comes that I am done editting them but want them available for reference, could I request them to be Archived? (And will the answer be yes?) :?:
If it is yes, they are not ready yet, so please leave them in Nation States for now. 8)

Alternatively, you could copy/paste them into something like Word, save the document and then re-post it if needed, or send it directly to others?

An Archive would be great as a Stats reference point for fixed events, like old history (pre-Nation States). It would sit there, undisturbed, but easy to call up to answer questions. Like a library!
