In reading the post of the group against the "Equality for all" resolution, they are addressing this very issue themselves.
What is happening is that several nations are contacting regional delegates and individual nations, who have voted for this resolution, and trying to change their opinion on the resolution. Some nations have received as many as 15 telegrams, on the matter, from my understanding. They are trying to come up with some way to avoid this and still be able to reach the nations voting for the resolution.
As this may come accross as spam, please note that it is unintentional.
