Why don't you just send that in on the getting help page, rather than here, where you could have just made it up anyways. If you deleted it already (or it never existed) then too bad, nothing the mods will do.
It's still there. What's the 'getting help page'? I think the Moderation forum is the appropriate one for issues such as this.
