Marathon has repeatedly said he is going to make a final post on the one year anniversary of his nation's birth, but as this seems to be about a month before his nation's birth and the person made two posts I don't think it is him.
Nevertheless, anyone claiming to be marathon and tech-annihilator really needs help.
