Neutered Sputniks made himself Founder after an earlier griefing incident in "Axis", if I remember correctly. He did not originally found the region.

Also, Neutered Sputniks no longer exists, apparently.
He still exists, but he is no longer Founder of Axis, since the region ceased to exist during an update cycle and was recreated by another.

That ws a very dumb mistake! :lol:
The problem is that noone knows who griefed Axis, noone can even know if the current founder of Axis was the nation behind the griefing.

The problem is that noone knows who griefed Axis, noone can even know if the current founder of Axis was the nation behind the griefing.
I'm sure that the game has a record of it somewhere, which means that Neut will be able to find out who it was.
