No, they are most certainly not. The NS server is probably uber safe, and you have nothing to worry about, but that's not the point. They'll be dealt with by a mod.

It seems like a bunch of hot air from the nation concerned. We've had other people try similar threats (to mods, to [violet], to Max, to other nations etc etc), but they seem never to materialise for some strange reason.

A Game Moderator has informed me that The Savage Lands and The Papal Comonwealth were repeatedly flaming each other. Both were deleted.

As Papals puppet I would like to say that I did not set up Savage.I believe that the moderators had access to all communications between our nations and if I had been flame baiting to get him deleted I would have been punidhed further.

In the interest of fairness, I would like to register that I have personally viewed two public exchanges, yesterday on the Pacific HQ and today on the Pacific Army HQ, between Papal and Savage, and saw insults and poor grammar (not to imply that poor grammar=flame baiting) on Papal's side only. If needed, I know of a few nations who were also present at the various exchanges.
I received this telegram from Papal. Or Guatamalestan, as you would have it. I subsequently implied to him that this could be considered an admission of flame baiting and trying to set up Savage, which he did later deny.I havent infringed.I have posted the messages to another mod who saw no problem.Neutered Sputniks will crumble and without his protection Savage Lands will be deleted.You think I support Fraanco.Im gathering evidence.LOL
Later telegrams repeated in different wording Guatamalestan's post here, and further accused Neut of having something nefarious to do with this situation. They're all still in my inbox.
Exactly why did my other nation, The Savage Lands, get deleted? I did not flame this nation at all. He kept coming into the Pacific Army and spamming our board and regional happenings
I thought I was being quite respectful to this nation, and when he threatened the Pacific Army with hacking, I reported it. I also reported him spamming my telegram inbox. I never once said anything inflammatory to him. I don't understand why my nation got deleted at all...

I logged in several mins after Savage Lands was deleted, so I don't see all the threads. However, from the rest of the thread that I see, I am willing to risk my nation for being deleted to vouch the opinion that I do not see any improper behavior on behalf of Savage Land. If I am wrong, please do not hesistate to delete my nation.
I recieved a telegram with my other nation, OverLord El Sabah Nur, telling me to basically steer clear from Papal Commonwealth and his puppets. This will happily be done. The reason I'm writing to the Moderators is to inquire as to why my nation, The Savage Lands, was deleted? I saw in the Moderation forum that I was accused of flaming Papal Commonwealth, but that simply was not the case. Papal Commonwealth posted a threatening message on the Pacific Army message board, so I reported it on the "Getting Help" page. He kept up the threatening and flaming messages on the Pacific Army board, so I ejected his nation, and I ejected another one of his puppets when he came back into the Pacific Army doing the same thing. He also sent me about 5 telegrams, all of them flame-bait, bait which I never took. I reported his telegrams to me as well.
I swear on my honor I never said anything inflammatory to the nation in question. The things I said to him amounted to, "Grow up" and, "Please leave the Pacific Army alone." I have several witnesses who can attest to this. Is there any way my nation, The Savage Lands, could be resurrected? I would be most greatful to the Moderators if this could be done. Thank you for your time.
I already sent this on the "Getting Help" page. I thought I would post it here too.
