Okie Dokie. Torwissen (of whom I have a vague memory actually, not a good one or a bad one, just a vague one) should be back up and in Lazarus. This being the first nation I've ever un-deleted, I might've missed a step somewhere along the line.
You'll need to remember the password for it - and any custom flag (which it seems as though you had) will need to be re-loaded. Also, the population is as it was the day it died (seems to be 257 mil or so).
