The Dominion of La isla encantada obtained delegacy in the Federation of Earth, ejected all the nations, and changed the password. I have sent a request via the Getting Help page, but wanted to double up here.

tHe founder can access Regional Settings while outside of the region, clear the banlist, eject the delegate, and change the password.

I just realized that my region isn't the middle of nowhere anymore.
Shame. La isla encantada seemed nice when I tallked to them via tm.

The delegate's in my region, so he can't be evicted, and I refuse to evict anybody from my region except crashers and spammers.

Well the founder couls still ban the delegate.

No, since he is outside of the region. I just sent him a telegram asking for an explaination.
If it is what I think it is, he is out of here quicker than you can say "Regional Control"
It looks as if he might be tring to seize delegacy of my region by griefing the FoE, and inviting them to ZF in hopes that they will endorse him and make him delegate.

The Founder appears to have regained control of the region. My limited observations would seem to suggest that the rules on griefing have been broken, and I am confident that any relevant Getting Help report will be looked at by a Game Mod within the next few days.

Well, that makes it one of those complicated things that takes the Game Mods a week to sort out. Not much more I can do, really, except ask everyone involved to report what they know through the Getting Help page and be patient.
