He hasn't been on the forums much at all recently. A few of his posts were a bit contrite, but one that I'd call "flaming" (you can take a look for yourself), so it must be either on a regional board, or via tm.

I know this is not what you, or the other players are doing, but noticing the overall tone--
Let's not declare this person innocent of the accusation, simply stuck to the fact that he has not flamed in the forums. There is a big difference between reg. board posts and TMs, and forum personas. So, before we declare what type of person he is (again, no offence Qaa tho I know I quoted you) let's use the virtuous patience as you pointed out and see what the mods have to say.

Regarding the technical side of this, if a couple of flame threads were deleted, the relevant posts would not show up in a nation's post history. Also, the warning could have referred to regional message board or telegram activity. So the absense of forum-based evidence does not necessarily prove innocence.
As for the specific reasons for the warning, I do not know, maybe the Game Mod who issued it will be able to explain at some point.

To be fair TG asked that we wait for a GM, which he is not. If a GM doesn't step in, then perhaps a joking quote of this type would be more relevant (tho doubtfully more appreciated by the GMs regardless when you post it).

No! I haven't flamed anybody, I did get mad when that guy used the CNN site for that disgusting picture, but I was agreeing with everybody eles!!! Thats all Ive done in the forums in the last 2 weeks! I havent done anything on the board, go read it. 99.9% of my TGs have invovled the criese in The Pacific.

Only a Game Moderator could have sent that telegram. You will have to wait for the GM who sent the telegram to explain this to you.

Hrm.
While I'm not the GM who sent that VoM, it could have been sent in error. As I'm sure you're aware, there was some... difficulty... with Of the People- and Of the People--. It is entirely possible that the warning was sent to you as opposed to one of them.
However, like I said, I'm not the one who sent that, so this is only a possible explination.
