One person is controlling three nations (-----, -------, ------) and has taken control of another (------). Because of this control, he has become the UN Delagate of the region. How do I stop this?

Submit a request on the "Getting Help" page found on the FAQ page and report them as UN multies (as I'm assuming that they are all in the UN).
